Actions Taken:

1. C. Jackson led a presentation of the School Committee’s FY08 Capital proposals ($1,004,004).

2. G. Gladstone, Standing Building Committee, informed the CapOut that unspent balances from the Middle School roof/HVAC project ($1M) and from the Wilber Building abatement project ($500K).

3. B. Dunham requested a re-allocation of $35K from an unspent authorization of $48K for HVAC heat exchangers to a new fence at Cottage Street ($20K) and to HVAV repairs at Cottage Street ($15K).

Votes Taken:

1. MOVED by J. Roach, and duly seconded, that the minutes of the January 11, 2007 meeting be accepted. VOTED in the affirmative (4-0-3).
